1. Purpose

MB Enterprise processes personal data only to fulfil seed orders, protect accounts, and answer care messages. We do not sell personal information to third-party marketers.

2. What we collect

• Account: name, email, and encrypted password.
• Order: delivery address, phone, basket contents, and payment method choice.
• Care traffic: messages sent through Contact, Help, or Track forms.
• Technical: browser type, session identifiers, and IP address for fraud prevention.

3. How we use it

• Authenticate logins and block duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch seed orders through courier partners.
• Send transactional notices about dispatch, delivery attempts, and refunds.
• Meet tax and accounting duties where applicable.

4. Retention

Order records stay for the period required by commercial and tax law. Marketing consent, if given separately, can be withdrawn by emailing support@mbenterprise.store.

5. Sharing

We share only what carriers, payment processors, and hosting providers need to complete your order. No open marketplace of customer lists.
