1. Packing

Seeds ship in moisture-safe sachets inside protective outer cartons. Dispatch depends on stock and courier serviceability to your PIN code.

2. Timelines

  • Prepaid orders typically leave the Surat desk within 1–3 working days.
  • Transit times vary by destination; remote PIN codes may need extra days.
  • You receive tracking once the carrier scans the consignment.

3. Fees

Prepaid shipping on eligible orders is complimentary. Cash on Delivery may include a handling fee shown at checkout (currently ₹49 where offered).

4. Failed delivery

If a courier cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the parcel may return to the desk. Re-dispatch may require updated address confirmation and, for COD, fresh acceptance.
